Improve your health with leeks

To treat bloating and stomach gas:

To get rid of abdominal pain caused by bloating and gas.

Wash leeks well with soap and water to ensure it is free of pests, then store it in the refrigerator wrapped in a towel.

To be consumed in three meals

In modern medicine, leeks are described as tonic and rejuvenating, and they are beneficial for those who suffer from asthma, cough, constipation, fermentation, and intestinal stones, especially if they are cut and eaten raw.

It is also used to relieve physical inflammation, soften hardened arteries, strengthen the nerves, combat rheumatism, epilepsy, gout, kidney and urinary tract dysfunction, and arthritis, and helps in weight loss. 

Because it is a laxative.

Skincare :

Leek juice mixed with milk is effective and practical for external skin care treatments (ointments).

Also used as a facial cleanser to remove pimples.

To remove calluses from the legs and hands, soak leek leaves in vinegar for twenty-four hours, then place them on the affected areas before bed.

In the morning, remove the tissue.

Repeat the treatment if it does not work the first time.

Pain killer :

To relieve pain caused by insect bites, rub the bite site with the head (leeks).

Chopped boiled leeks are useful as an antiseptic and sterilizer for all wounds and speed up their healing.

It also contains a percentage of water, protein, sugar, calcium, phosphorus, oil, potassium, manganese, iron, sulfur, chlorine, and silicon.
