Eating lettuce daily for a  month can be beneficial.

Eat a yellow carrot with the skin daily for a whole month.

Emulsion of (madder)

  • Place a spoonful of ground madder in a glass of water.
  • Pour boiling water over it.
  • Stir well, cover and let sit.
